Privacy Policy

Short version: this site collects as little as possible. Your name and email if you join the early-access list, anonymous page-view counts, and nothing else. No data sold, no ad trackers.

What we collect

Early-access form

If you join the early-access list, we collect the name and email address you enter. The form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service — their privacy policy applies to data in transit through their systems. We use your details only to contact you about Gondal AI: early-access invitations and build updates. No marketing spam, no list selling, ever.

Site measurement

We measure aggregate visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly by design: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers. We see counts — how many visits, which pages — not who you are.

Support page

The “Fuel the Build” link goes to Ko-fi, a third-party platform. Anything you do there is governed by Ko-fi's own policies, not this one.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
We do not use your form submissions to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your details from the early-access list at any time, or ask what we hold about you. The contact path is the early-access form on the homepage — send a note with the email address you used and we will remove it.

Data retention

Early-access details are kept until you ask us to delete them or the list is retired. Anonymous analytics aggregates are retained by Cloudflare under their terms.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted on the News section of the homepage.
