GONDAL AI ACADEMY / PRACTICAL STEP-BY-STEP COURSES

Write a week of social media posts in one sitting, step by step

The businesses that win on social media are not more talented — they are more regular. This course turns one focused sitting into a full week of posts: the AI does the drafting, you keep the local truth and the final say. Nothing gets posted that isn't real — no invented offers, no fake reviews, ever.

What you need: your business's page or profile, one real thing worth promoting this week (a service, a product, an opening hour — anything true), and your phone for photos.

The steps

  1. Load your business into the chat. Context first, posts second. One good setup message makes every later draft sound like your shop instead of a template:

I run [business type] in [town]. My customers are [who]. This week I want to promote [the real thing]. My tone is [friendly / expert / fun — pick one]. Remember all of this for everything below.

  2. Generate 14 ideas, pick 7. Fourteen raw ideas, chosen down to seven, beats seven ideas accepted blindly. Mix the types so the week does not feel like one long advert:

Give me 14 post ideas for this week, one line each: a useful tip, a behind-the-scenes moment, a customer question answered, a spotlight on what I am promoting, a local angle, a common myth busted, and a personal story — two of each.

  3. Write the seven posts. Now the drafting — with the shape fixed in advance so every post earns its place in the feed:
    Copy-paste prompt

Write the 7 posts I picked: [list them]. Each one: a hook in the first line, under 80 words, one clear call to action, my tone, and at most 3 relevant hashtags. Plain words a neighbour would understand.

    Checkpoint

You should now have: seven finished drafts, each with a first line that could stop a scrolling thumb.

  4. Make the picture plan. A real photo of your real work beats any stock image. Ask for a plan you can shoot in minutes:

For each of the 7 posts, describe the exact photo to pair with it — something I can shoot on my phone in two minutes or build free in Canva. Tell me what to point the camera at, in plain words.

  5. Schedule the whole week now. Open your platform's scheduler (on Facebook, Meta Business Suite; most apps have one built in), load all seven posts with their photos, and stagger them across the week at your customers' awake hours — not all on one day. Preview each one before confirming.
    Checkpoint

You should now have: seven posts visible in your scheduled queue, spread across the week, each with its photo attached.

  6. Keep the 2-minute daily habit. Scheduled is not finished. Each day, spend two minutes replying to whoever comments — replies are where followers come from. The AI can draft; you approve:

A customer commented: “[paste comment]”. Draft two friendly reply options, under 25 words each, warm and human, no sales pressure.

Common mistakes (skip these)

  • Posting all seven on one day. Scheduling exists precisely so the week looks lived-in, not dumped.
  • Letting the AI invent offers, prices, or reviews. Only promote what is real. A fake discount found by a customer costs more than a week of posts earns.
  • Generic captions with no local detail. Your town, your street, your regulars — that is the material no chain can copy.
  • Twenty hashtags and no reply ever. Three tags, real replies. Conversation is the algorithm.
